Bamboo is the new name of Appelberg Business Communications Ltd in Hong Kong and Appelberg Business Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd in Shanghai.

After winning a tender, Bamboo has been awarded a project for the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) about incentive travel. Bamboo has previously produced several publications for the HKTB.

Iggesund Paperboard AB in Sweden turned to Bamboo for Chinese versions of several corporate publications.

The Swedish government agency, Invest in Sweden Agency, has once again asked Bamboo to produce its annual publication, Business in Sweden, for the China market.

Bamboo will produce an advertising series for the Danish logistics company Mahé Freight, which has activities both in Hong Kong and mainland China.

Svenska Handelsbanken, one of the largest banks in the Nordic countries, will be the first Swedish bank to open a branch in Shanghai. The bank asked Bamboo to produce an image brochure and product sheets to be launched at its inauguration in September.
